Lizards and snakes are becoming a very common pet to have. To get them you just go down to a pet store that sells pets, set up the tank and get them food.(pet store will tell you what to get)

Bit more to it than that. - Choose a species.
- Read a variety of Care Guides to get a wealth of information. In doing this you may also want to decide if you are able to meet the animals needs for it's lifespan, many reptiles live on average 10 or more years if cared for properly.
- Go to a pet store and get the required enclosure & set it up fully, having read care guides, you shall know how to do this.
- Go to a reputable pet store or even better, a breeder and choose a healthy specimen of your desired species.
